Greengold Association for Human Development is an organisation linked to many multicultural and educational organisations worldwide. Our programs enable artistic and creative development to support advances in education, arts and mental health.

The approach combines the regular practice of musical, dancing and mindfulness activities using Capoeira, which has been successfully applied in multiple social projects worldwide. Although the general public often ignores the huge potential of self-development behind the Capoeira practice, it continues being recognised worldwide and present supporting communities from CALD background in more than 160 countries around the world.

The Capoeira circle is an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity according to UNESCO. The benefits for children include increased attention span, building mutual respect via multicultural immersion, body awareness, creative development through music, mindfulness and teamwork development.

The values that guide us in how we interact with our clients, their families, our partners and all our stakeholders are:

  • focus on local communities
  • multicultural awareness
  • respect
  • knowledge sharing
  • mindfulness
  • compassion
